These terms govern your use of the Fieldbind browser extension ("the software"). By installing or using it, you agree to them.

1. License

The software is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 — see the LICENSE file in the source repository. You may use it for any noncommercial purpose. Commercial use requires separate written permission.

2. Your accounts and data

• The software operates entirely against Salesforce orgs — and, if connected, Jira/Linear workspaces — that you are authorized to access, using your credentials.
• You are responsible for complying with your organization's policies and with each service's own terms (including the Salesforce APIs License and Terms of Service) when using the software.
• The software stores certain data locally on your device to function. See the privacy policy for details and deletion controls.

3. Not affiliated

Fieldbind is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc., Atlassian, or Linear. "Salesforce", "Lightning", "Jira", and "Linear" are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility.

4. Powerful features — use with care

The software includes features that modify data and metadata in your orgs and issue trackers (record editing, data import, metadata deploys, Apex execution, issue updates). These execute real changes against real systems. You are solely responsible for what you run, and against which org or workspace. Test in a sandbox first.

5. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, ORG MISCONFIGURATION, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. Changes

These terms may change; the current version lives at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
